Infant child care
0-12 months
*Parents need to have their own diapers, bottles, Wipes, snacks ,formulas. If you’d like me to provide the essentials, I ask the payment for those items plus gas for the pickup be made ahead of time. i’m always happy to provide receipts, and you’re always welcome to supply your own items if preferred.
Toddlers/Preschoolers childcare
1-5 years old
*Please have your child’s daily items ready before I arrive.I’m happy to follow your home routine and will keep you updated with anything your child may need!
*If your child requires pickup or drop-off to and from preschool or school, or other activities, the following applies to ensure safety and fairness:
Car seats:
Parents MUST provide an appropriate car seat or booster seat if their child requires one. Car seats must meet current safety guidelines and be labeled with the child’s name.
GAS & MILEAGE:
A gas reimbursement is required in advance for all transportation services. I use the current federal mileage rate, which as of now is $0.70/miles (round-trip)(based on the current IRS standard mileage rate) is required prior to service. I’ll send you and estimated total and invoice before we begin.
6-9 year olds childcare
*Provide daily essentials:Water bottle, snacks/meals, homework folders or school materials (if needed), a book for quiet-time activity preferred indoor toys and games, favorite shows/movies if screen time is allowed, any sort of medication with a written permission and instructions, list of home rules and routines, WI-FI password if school work or devices are needed contact info for emergencies.
